• Check references for your top candidates upon request;
• Work with you and the candidate, so you can prepare and present an offer that will get signed with minimal negotiation;
• Invoke, as always, our iron-clad guarantee. All candidates come with a minimum three-month replacement guarantee. If our candidate is terminated or quits within the guarantee period we will replace them for FREE, no questions asked.
