Egon von Foidl, is a seasoned hotelier with significant international experience in the development and management of deluxe hotels, resorts, golf and spa operations. Here we are in April 2011 and the time is flying. March was an interesting month, visited Toronto for a week and drove to Niagara on the Lake, Collingwood and Muskoka and talked to hotel managers to see how the winter season has been. Collingwood did very well with good snow conditions, but Muskoka had a very difficult time with low occupancy and rate. Niagara did OK with some hotels doing quite well.

March OCC. for Montreal was 61.9%, Toronto 63.6% and Vancouver 61.5%

I am now back in Miami, talked with some colleagues in Brazil and Peru and it is quite amazing how well the industry is doing in both countries. Peru is having a hotel development boom with new hotels in Cusco and Lima. We are evaluating a 78 room hotel in Cusco at present with the proposal of redevelopment and management contract.

We are also in contact and negotiation for a re-positioning of a 138 room hotel in Montrea, it could be very interesting project as well. So much to do and a lot of travel but otherwise all is good. Will be in Montreal this week for site inspection and evaluation of the property.

The Roatan and BC projects are being presented to potential investors at present.
